What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship Australia-wide only.

What is the shipping process?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfilment team has received your order.

Once fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 1-2 weeks depending on the product and location. Our customer service team will provide an estimated delivery time upon ordering.

Why do some products have prices missing?

Prices for some of our products are not displayed online because we believe in providing solutions tailored to your unique pool requirements.

By speaking with our team, we can ensure you get the most accurate and competitive pricing. This approach also allows us to factor in any ongoing promotions or special offers, providing you with the best possible value for your pool equipment.

Can I cancel my order?

Any cancellations or modifications to orders must be requested within a strict 24-hour window from the time of your initial purchase.

I've provided the incorrect address on my order. What do I do?

If you notice your shipping address is incorrect after checkout, please contact us as soon as possible.

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will need to pay for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

What if I want to talk to someone about my order?

We want to talk to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that enquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but likely sooner.

Returns & Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused and include all the original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).

My item has arranged damaged. What do I do?

On the rare occasion that your item/order arrives damaged, please let us know immediately. Please provide photos of the damaged piece and the packaging that it came in to sales@nationalpoolsupplies.com.au so that we can help you.

Please always be sure to include photos of the box or packaging that your order arrived in, even if there are no obvious signs of damage.

My order is lost. What do I do?

If your order has been marked as delivered, however you have not received it, please let us know by emailing us at sales@nationalpoolsupplies.com.au and we will track it down.

Do you offer product installation?

Yes, we provide product installation for Brisbane-Metro customers for a charge - upon request.
