At National Pool Supplies Pty Ltd all products are subject to the manufacturer's warranty and terms, effective from the date of purchase.
We will provide replacements or refunds under the following circumstances:
- Product defects or failure to meet acceptable quality standards.
- Incompatibility with the intended use.
- Discrepancy between the product and National Pool Supplies' descriptions.
- Damage incurred during delivery, provided you can provide proof of purchase with the National Pool Supplies receipt confirmation.
If you need to return a product(s) for any reason, please contact us immediately prior to making this return.
To return National Pool Supplies products, please use a tracked postage service or a courier, upon receiving a Return Authorization Number from us. Please be aware that without a verifiable tracking number, you hold full responsibility for the item not reaching us, and returns not received by us will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
A) Damaged Items:
All our orders leave the warehouse in brand-new, undamaged condition. If your item arrives damaged or incomplete as advertised, we will promptly replace it. In cases where stock is unavailable, we will propose an alternative or provide a full refund, inclusive of the return shipping costs. Report any claims regarding damaged items within 2 business days (48 hours) of receiving your order. It is crucial to inspect your order upon arrival and immediately notify us of any identified damage. Before returning the product(s), capture photographs of the damage and forward them to us at sales@nationalpoolsupplies.com.au.
We are obligated to report damage to our delivery courier, and our warehouse partners. You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) necessary before sending the item back to National Pool Supplies.
B) Faulty Items:
All our products are accompanied by manufacturer warranties specific to each item, unless stated otherwise in the item's description. If you receive a faulty item, please reach out to us via email at sales@nationalpoolsupplies.com.au. An RA (Return Authorization) number will be provided to you, which is required before returning the item/products. Please note that repair, replacement, or refund is solely at the discretion of the manufacturer.
C) Exchanges:
Exchanges will be made exclusively for products that are in perfect, unused condition and maintain their saleability. This entails returning the product in its original packaging, including manuals and accessories, with the product(s) unopened, unused, and in their original state.
Products with broken packaging, cannot be accepted for return. All exchange requests must be submitted to sales@nationalpoolsupplies.com.au within 30 days of the invoice date. If your request is approved, all exchanges must be sent to us using tracked postage or a courier service, after receiving a Return Authorization (RA) from us.
Please ensure you have a verifiable tracking number, as returns not received by us will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
